ResiScore exists to make renting fairer by giving every tenant a place to share honest experiences and learn from one another.
What is ResiScore?
ResiScore is a community-driven platform where renters can research landlords and rental properties using honest reviews from real tenants. Each property earns a clear, easy-to-read ResiScore based on the experiences renters share — so you know what you're getting into before you sign a lease.
Why we built it
Most rental review platforms only cover large apartment complexes and big property-management companies. That leaves out millions of renters who lease from private landlords and individual homeowners — the duplex down the street, the converted house, the single condo — where there's often no reliable information available anywhere.
We thought that was backwards. The renters who have the least information are often the ones who need it most. So we built ResiScore to cover those properties too, gathering real feedback and turning it into a score you can actually use.
Our mission
We're here to bring transparency to the entire rental market — not just the parts that are already well covered. Every review makes the market a little more honest, helps a future renter make a confident decision, and encourages responsible landlords to keep doing right by their tenants.
ResiScore is built on the belief that renters helping renters makes everyone better off. The more people who share their experience, the more useful this becomes for the whole community.
