How we treat information you share when you use ResiScore.

Anonymity of reviews

Reviews are posted in a way that does not display your real name or other personal identifiers to the public. Reviewer names are not shown on property pages or in search results.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use ResiScore, we may process information such as:

  • Account email address when you create an account or sign in.
  • Review content you submit, including ratings and written text.
  • Property address information you associate with a review (for example, street address and unit).
  • Verification documents if you upload materials to support a review or account (for example, lease or utility documents), as described at the time of upload.

How we use and share data

We do not sell your personal identifying information to third parties for their own marketing. We may use service providers (such as hosting or email) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

We may share or license aggregated, anonymized market information—such as neighborhood rental trends or average property scores—where no individual user or reviewer can reasonably be identified.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (for example, retaining certain records where required). To request deletion or ask questions about your data, contact ResiScore using the channel we provide for support (for example, a designated email address on our site when available).
