About the landlord
The management company at Carrington Hills was pretty good. They put on a lot of nice events for residents of the community to socialize and they were easy to find since they had an office on site. They were pretty prompt with maintenance requests, and made the move in and out process easy.
About the property
This was a great place to live. I would still live here if it weren't for how far away Franklin is from where all of my friends hang out. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful giant dog park. It's the biggest dog park I've ever seen and it's private for residents which is a huge luxury. They also had a really beautiful swimming pool with grills that residents could use. There was a bit of highway noise at my property if you go on the balcony, but that didn't bother me. They also had really spacious walk-in closets which was awesome and the kitchen was laid out in a way that kept it open to the living area but still in it's own separate space with the countertop separating it from the living room. Only thing is I wish it had hardwood floors instead of carpeting. The carpeting was clean and nice, I just prefer the aesthetics of hardwood floors.
