About the landlord

Tandy is an awesome landlord. He is very low-key and doesn't constantly contact you. When you reach out to him, he is very responsive and gets repairs/maintenance done in a timely manner. The house is a beautiful old home (over 100 years old) with lots of character like built in cabinets, cute bathroom tile, arched doorways, high ceilings, etc. However, as an old house, there are some minor issues as well such as a bit of draftiness around the doors and windows, and a lack of electrical outlets. That's just part of living in an old home. The neighborhood is great. You're right by Love Circle and Hillsboro Village. The neighbors are all super friendly and kind. I love that the house has a fenced backyard and the area feels very family-oriented. I love it here.

I love living in this house. The landlord, Tandy, is super awesome. I never hear from him (which is great) unless I reach out to him first and he is very responsive when I reach out. He has always fixed things/done maintenance in a timely manner and he is really easy-going and kind. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are fantastic. The house itself is over 100 years old, so it has some quirks like no dishwasher, a bit of draftiness around the doors and windows, and a scarcity of electrical outlets, but that can all be overlooked for how much beauty and character the house has. The bathroom has adorable tile. The ceilings are high and there are lots of windows. The fenced backyard is another awesome amenity of this home. Highly recommend living here!
