About the property
The apartment rents out corporate suites. Typically that means it can be for workers or Airbnb transactions. Which means a lot of people are there on holiday and they don't care that there are quite hours. And management fails to enforce that. Additionally, there was a gate broken for close to a year and the apartment was accessible through unlocked doors. There had been a homeless persons sleeping in multiple locations, caught several times. We were notified to call the cops ourselves to deal with it.
