Nice but slow to repair things. Only takes checks for monthly rental payment. A payment portal would be easier.
About the property
Very comfortable space and nice neighborhood. Can walk to grocery store, downtown. No public transportation. Security system and good outdoor lighting makes me feel safe. I don’t have 50 characters worth of writing!
