About the landlord
The landlord was very communicative, and had no problem getting questions answered, charged very reasonable rent given the location.
About the property
It’s a little bit of an older home so there was a mild bug issue during the summer, but overall was a great house to rent a room in. It’s in an excellent location in east Nashville. Could easily walk to almost anywhere in the five points area, which includes numerous restaurants, bars, and stores.
